esba篮球什么意思？
ESBA是欧洲篮球运动员选择联盟，英文全称European Small Ball Association. 这是一个非盈利组织，宗旨在于促进欧洲小球打法的发展、推广和小球人才的培养。
1.为什么成立这个组织？ European basketball is facing a serious crisis of player development and lack of vision about the future of our game in Europe.
2.由谁创立的？ The founders are 4 high level European clubs： FMP Belgrade (Serbia)，Buducnost Podgorica (Montenegro)，Ael Antwerp (Belgium）and VEF Riga（Latvia）.
3.有什么目标？ Our goals are to：
— Promote small ball concept on an international level;
— Facilitate the transfer of knowledge from the top American colleges and NBA to European clubs， federations and players；
— Encourage young players to take up basketball in order to provide more competition at all levels；
— Establish standardized playing rules that will enable for better organized and higher quality competition.
4.如何运作 The ESBA consists out of two parts： A professional league which currently has 6 teams including 5 from Serbia(FMP ， Buducnost， Partizan， Crvena Zvezda and Radnicki Kraljevo ) and one from Latvia（VEF Riga） . There is also an academy division with 7 teams where youth from age 16 play.
5.有那些球队参加？ At present we have 13 member countries： Bosnia & Herzegovina， Bulgaria， Croatia， Czech Republic， Greece， Hungary， Lithuania， Macedonia， Montenegro， Poland， Serbia， Slovenia and Ukraine. We expect other countries to join as well.
6.有多少球员参加？ As most of our member countries do not have any organized youth leagues， it is difficult to estimate the number of players involved. But there are several hundred players in the Academy Division alone who are registered and compete regularly.
